Haryana MBBS/BDS Admission 2025 – Round 2: All You Need to Know

Haryana MBBS/BDS Admission 2025 – Round 2: All You Need to Know

Haryana’s NEET UG counselling for MBBS/BDS Round 2 brings new opportunities with added seats, updated schedule, and revised cut‑offs. If you’re aiming for admission this round, read carefully.

What’s New This Round

  • Haryana added 200 new MBBS seats in Maharishi Chyawan Government Medical College, Koriawas (Narnaul) and Pt. Neki Ram Sharma Government Medical College, Bhiwani approved by NMC.

  • Even if you had registered in Round 1 but didn’t get a seat, or wish to upgrade, you must register afresh in Round 2.

Schedule & Important Dates

Here are key dates and times for Round 2:

Activity Date(s) Time / Deadline
Fresh registration & correction + payment of security deposit 11‑14 September 2025 Till 11:59 PM each day.
Provisional seat allotment result 16 September 2025
Grievances, if any, on provisional allocation 16 September 2025
Upload of final allocation list after grievances After 16 September
Payment of provisional tuition fee (online) 16‑20 September 2025
Physical document verification 21‑23 September 2025 from ~9:00 AM onwards each day
Downloading of provisional admission/allotment letter (after verification) 21‑24 September 2025
Last date for joining / reporting in the allotted institute 24 September 2025, up to 5:00 PM

Then, for those who “upgraded” or had new allotments, there’s extended reporting up to 30 September 2025 by 4:00 PM, especially after document verification.

Additionally, document verification for candidates “allotted” or “upgraded” seats is on 24‑26 September 2025 (with schedule by category).

Cut‑Offs for Round 2

To be eligible to participate, or to expect allotment, these are the category‑wise NEET UG cut‑offs (percentile & marks) for Round 2 in Haryana.

Category Cut‐off Percentile NEET Marks (2025)
General / EWS (Unreserved) 50th percentile 686‑144
General / EWS / PH (Persons with Disability) 45th percentile 143‑127
SC / ST / BC (non‑PH) 40th percentile 143‑113
SC / ST / BC / PH 40th percentile 126‑113

These are the minimum required marks to qualify but getting a seat, especially in a preferred college/category, will require significantly higher NEET marks depending on demand, seat availability, and category.

Documents Required for Verification / Reporting

When you go for physical document verification / college reporting, you should carry all originals + self‑attested photocopies. Here’s the document checklist:

  1. Class 10 certificate (for date of birth)

  2. Class 10 mark sheet

  3. Class 12 mark sheet & certificate

  4. NEET UG admit card

  5. NEET UG scorecard / result

  6. Aadhaar card or other government identity proof

  7. Birth certificate (if separate from Class 10 certificate)

  8. Character certificate from last attended school/institute

  9. Domicile / resident certificate (if required under state quota)

  10. Category certificate, if applicable (SC / ST / BC / EWS etc.)

  11. Proof of payment of registration / counselling fee / security deposit or provisional tuition fee — any receipts or screenshots.

  12. If applicable: NRI quota candidates might need equivalency certificate from Association of Indian Universities or relevant authority.

Reporting / Document Verification: Category‑Wise Timings

In Haryana Round 2, verification/reporting is scheduled by categories across days. Here’s a sample breakdown:

Date Category Reporting Time
24 September PWBD, ESM/FF, EWS ~9:00 AM onwards (starting from 9:00 AM for PWBD etc.)
25 September SC / SC‑D, Open category etc. 9:00 AM / 11:30 AM depending on the category
26 September Minority, Management etc. starting ~9:00/10:00 AM by category.

If your allotment is “no change” (i.e. same course/college/category as in Round 1) you may not need to appear again for verification (just pay fee etc.) — but check your allotment letter.

Tips to Maximise Your Chance

  • Make sure you register in time, lock your choices, pay security & fee on or before deadlines. Missing any of these steps can cost you the seat.

  • Target colleges based on past cut‑offs; aim a bit higher if possible. The qualifying cut‑off is just the floor.

  • Keep all original documents ready, well organized. Missing documents can lead to rejection at verification.

  • If you are upgrading, be clear in choice filling what college/course you prefer. Sometimes staying with current allotment is safer if new options are uncertain.

  • Monitor official notices in case of changes — dates, seat matrix, etc. Sometimes revisions/happen.
